Vermont Foreclosures For Sale
The state of Vermont is a beautiful state bordered by Canada to the north, New York on the west, Rhode Island to the south and New Hampshire to the east. There is beautiful scenery everywhere you look in this east coast New England town. Gorgeous small towns dot the landscape and in the fall the leaves emblaze the countryside with colors.
You can find most anything you want in this state. Everything, that is, with the exception of foreclosed property to purchase to hold and then resell at a profit.
In the last two years the state has only posted a total of less than 200 new foreclosures. That is less property in the foreclosure market than you find in almost any other state in America at this point in history for just one months time, much less a period of years.
This is unprecedented and unfortunately means that you, is you are looking to buy here, have to do a lot of diligent searching and must be ready to buy when you find what you ate looking for because with so few available properties, they are going and will go fast as they appear.
The properties you find will, for the most part, be moderately new and in good repair and will tend to run a little on the pricey side due to the supply being so much less than the demand for it.
Once you find what you are after and buy it, the resale will be a breeze after the market recovers because people love the state. However you might find that the potential profit level is going to be slim because the property, even during this crisis, is fairly close to normal and so you will not be buying low and selling high as you will in some other states.
